impacts of global warming,
greenhouse gas emissions must start declining
this
decade, and by 2050 be 80 percent below their
1990
level.

Achieving
this goal will require a
vast citizen mobilization to shift our
economies and our lifestyles towards
greater sustainability.

existing scalable models that apply youth
service as a strategy to reducing
greenhouse gas emissions
either directly or through educational
activities,
and;
- Incubate promising approaches that apply national service or service-learning to combating global warming.
